1. Go to the web page.
2. Click on the emoticon you want.
3. Scroll up to the top of the page and copy the string in the box (I used BBCode)
4. Then simply paste it into your post. It will show as text until you "Post Reply"

It's a shame that we've lost the preview option - if it's wrong, you'll have to edit the post!

If you click 'More Options' (bottom right of the quick reply box), you get the option to preview your post.
