mullberry tree

Hello, would you please look in my album under "tree! and tell me this is what youd'e expect if you spent £23 for a tree. I have complained and he tells me all his mullberry trees for sale look like this, i think it's a bit out of sync to say the least. The growing tip is also dead, as are any small branches that i could force to the trees left to try and make it look a bit even.
What do you think?

That would struggle to make third grade the growers around here would have burnt that.

Did you get it delivered?

If not why did you select it and bring it home if your not happy with it?

It will likely grow quite well if you plant it, care for it and dont let the dog use
it.
