Thinking of opening back up a fire place i blocked up a few years back. I think its all cleared out behind the blocks.
Just wondering about the flue, is it necessary to have have the whole flue lined. Anybody got one, pro's and con's ? Any advice on makes.
Also can i render up the bare brickwork with an ordinary mix.
