We have moved into our new home. It needs a full refurbishment. Will be daughter living downstairs and us live upstairs.
4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 lounges, dining room and conservatory. Plus large garden!
All need everything doing.
We have removed 8 excess doors already. We are removing some cupboard brick! walls (not load bearing) to reconfigure space.
Its a 3 year "part time" project for me!
Will add pictures here and no doubt ask questions as we go.
Am an engineer and have done BTL refurbishment so ok with most diy stuff. Use an electrician and gas fitter as needed. Try most things except plastering!
Wife is spare hand, painter and great bargain hunter on FB!
