they filmed the people, then edited it together, so what? or am i missing something?

What about the Red Indian/native American?
Im not trying to be racist.. but the africans and native americans have a history of drums and ceremonial dancing, so it's in their cultures..
all very recently, and still to this day, beating drums and dancing..
