Shortly before decamping to the pub tonight, I read this story on the internet.

I found it quite heart warming, then, on arriving home, I found that Galahad and Notch7 had 'liked' a 'human interest' type post of mine.

Has the world gone mad or are we all turning nicer?

He seemed to be a religious nutter, he probably belongs to one of the evangelical churches like Southern Baptists.


Many years ago, I got accosted by some black guy ranting on about the bible. He was sitting next to on the tube and was aggressive like this guy (Im not Jewish, so it wasnt an anti semitic attack).
I was with my girlfriend, we got support from other passengers to tell him to shut up.

You do have to tread carefully. Some abusive idiots are mentally ill and carry knives.
