As i said on t'other thread, Emily Thornberry's phrase of "pop-up party" seems very appropriate.
Boris pops-up, makes empty promises and silly comments, wins the referendum with his charisma. then pops down again to let his sidekick go for the PM's job. Gove can now distance himself from Boris and his empty promises.
