my water went cold and i looked at my boiler.all the lights were off although the timer is working.i have switched it on and off but dont have any lights in the display.i should at least have a zero on the display.i have tried the override but nothing so its not the timer.i tried to change a fuse in the switch on the wall, although i dont know what this switch actually does.i have looked at the main fusebox but cant see anything wrong, although im not sure what im looking for they are all on.could this be electrical or something else?
dont know if its a he260 or he325.my manual is for both models.

bg one fee cheaper than i can buy pcb for
and yep etheir get service contract or save for new boiler as this models a pain
and this why i will never recommened an ideal

so im gonna have many problems with it then?it broke down in the first year when it was still under warranty.i did hear they were rubbish! i will get it covered i think.sounds expensive.

they will offer a choice to get the repair done and get cover for a year. prob about 300 for first year. tbh i would do this. These boilers have serious reliability issues.
