My next go to alarm panel

As someone who fits an alarm panel about once a year, I would like something simple, that will replace the now obsolete ADE/optima / Honeywell panels. I suppose I should get one with a SIM card to allow remote dialling.
What are most people using to fit this requirement please?

I guess the nearest equivalent available most distributors would be the veritas but it is different in terms of programming
