My potterton profile is failing to fire-up

The pump comes on and the red light indicates the timer has called the boiler to fire up. nothing more happens.
If I press the button in the base of the boiler manually, the boiler starts but the same procedure is required next time.

I believe this has happened in the past but I forget what caused.

The boiler was serviced recently by a good man but I am having a bit of trouble getting in touch, He is busy as a result of being good!!

Any ideas? I'm sure it's something simple and silly

That's the over heat button, need to check if pump is working.

Pump overrun stat or pcb faulty if the boiler o/heat stat is tripping after the boiler has been running.
