my redring active 320 is still running when turned off,help!

hello,having a little trouble with my shower,when turned off it constantly trickles water through the shower hose/head.

Not sure why it is doing this and can only seem to stop it by turning water supply off.

Any simple solutions i could try to stop it or what it could be?

Possibly sticking/ knackered solenoid valve which switches water on/off inside shower unit. Although it is supposed to run for about 3 seconds after switching off on this model.
