I have an end terrace house that is getting a new roof, the old roof stepped down 6 inches from the neighbours but the roof builder wants to make the new roof run flush with next doors roof.
So the two roofs will be the same level,ridge and slates run along into each other, this will do away with the need for any flashing. Will i need planning permission for this ?
