my triton madrid II not working

Please can someone help, i have just had a triton madrid II fitted and its not working the noise is there from the shower when i switch it on but only a trickle of water comes out and its not hot either its driving me mad..

i hope someone can help

no this is what happened when the man fitted it, also the noise sounds like a normal shower when you switch it on but there's just nothing...
