Name Of Threshold Door Part/Supplier Please??

I have a wooden front door and frame. The frame which I had built had a thin plastic strip rebated into the threshold which the back of the bottom of the door closed onto.

Can someone tell me what this is actually called and where I can buy one from?

The original one was too high and was fouling on the bottom of the door and was removed, I need to see if I can get another which is not so high.

sounds like a "water bar" if it engages the bottom edge of the door.
or if it meets the face of the door then it would be a weather seal.
