Narrow bath/shower splash screen needed

I have a shower head over the bath with a shower curtain and the problem is when taking a shower, water splashes around the side of the curtain where the curtain meets the wall. I am looking for a narrow bath screen but the only ones I have seen are approx 750mm wide; I need one that is only about 15mm wide. I have seen them in hotel bathrooms but cannot see anywhere to buy one.

Does anyone know a source??
