National Grooming Gangs Inquiry Announced

Why don’t you fook off Tomww3—I’d rather read a shampoo bottle than the greasy dribble you post—bye
Not sure why you addressed me as 'Tomww3' in your reply. Is is a symptom of some mental aberration?

But anyway- nobody is forcing you to read anything.

This enquiry seems to be having issues

Could be months before some chair person is found

Than it will take 3 years so they say

Starmer needs pull his finger out and get it done quicker 3 years is getting close to a general election and some labour members are getting squeaky b Ums ?? In particular if said enquiry establishes that most of these grooming gangs were in labour run council areas ;)

It all goes back to 2012 - Successive Tory governments had plenty of chances to do more...and failed.
This is not a political issue.

Is he any relation to Leopold?

Just give all this up, you clown.
He can't he's a troll, and that's what trolls do. They have no other function in life.

Seriously, have you ever seen an intelligent post from fillystine?
His credibility was blasted into orbit with his repetitive accusations of anti Semitism.
Now he's trying to recover some semblance of credibility by trolling, such is the level of fillystine's intelligence.

what’s Khans take on the enquiry ? ;)

Same as Starmers ? Did not want one ?

Reports imply that plod could be looking at 9000 (?) incidents in London alone

Could be a lot squeaky wat sits as and when this enquiry gets under way

3 year time frame ? Hmmm could be a good few people booking flights to dire ear a stahn around 2027/ 28 may be ??

Why have we become so averse to stating facts?

As you'll know if you've read my posts in other threads, I'm all for the law treating everyone equally. I also don't like when groups are, in my opinion, unfairly singled out and I'll frequently counter that by stating how x other groups commit the same crimes.

Having said that, is it not the case the grooming gangs in question were made up of approx. 90% non white men, mainly Pakistani?

Why is it wrong to highlight that as part of the inquiry?

If it became known there was a UK wide scam gang that had been operating for a decade, conning people out of millions, and 90% of those involved were ginger, why not call that out? Why not ask 'was that a contributing factor?'

We've become scared to openly discuss certain things. To the detriment of getting things resolved if you ask me.

The inquiry should find out about all the information, not just limit it to 1 section.

If it's true then the Asian part will become evident, or shown as being just a part of it

Jeez us they can’t even agree as to who will chair the enquiry ??

May be a non white person ?

I don't justify, nor encourage criminals, unlike you.
Ludicrous and lazy accusation from a ludicrous lazy poster.

That white gang is a gang of dirty b@stards that I would like to see punished by the victims and their families.
We don't do lynching by criminal mobs in UK. Well not anymore.

What you don't understand is the widespread systematic approach to child rape with the gangs exposed.
You think only you have the capability to understand why some people coalesce into gangs to commit crimes?

For decades everybody knew but that was normal for them.
In one incident a school master was offered his job back at the end of his sentence, by the school in which he had committed child sexual abuse.

A secret history of child abuse

Even police officers knew but they kept their mouth shut to avoid offending anyone.
Even the criminals' employers knew but were prepared to ignore it. See above article

All of these rapists should be dealt with in the same way and if you ask me, prison is not enough.
We don't do lunching or revenge in UK.

You don't understand the difference that even the victims are trying to highlight.
What is the difference between one child being raped, and another child being raped.
Do you think their experiences are different?

By all means, start a national enquiry about grooming gangs, but also keep all the victims in the loop rather than zip their mouth.
it's important that the participants do not discuss the events of the enquiry, especially with the media, until after the report is published, otherwise the enquiry is derailed.
That is what is currently happening. Some of the panel members are publishing documents and events which are considered confidential to the enquiry.
Fiona Goddard, one of four survivors who quit the inquiry’s victims’ panel over their concerns, produced a consultation document in which they were asked whether the inquiry could “take a broader approach”.

2 enquiries would be best for everyone.
The Enquiry is about Group Based Sexual Exploitation.
But some of the Survivors group want it to be wider, to include their experiences.

Ask Ann Cryer and several journalists that reported on this grooming gang issue way back

Ask plod why it was to an extent swept under the carpet victims ignored

Same with certain councils / social services who ignored it
