Im gonna knock off and apply new underplaster and skim coat. Ive chosen hardwall as a underplaster but im not 100% sure if is a suitable background for it.
Could anyone tell me what kind of blocks are they ? I took bit plaster off to show you. They seem to be crumbly and bit weak.
it is a old house in council estate.
I would be very appreciate if someone could help me.
