Need a new sat nav

Hi all,

Currently using my phone's built in satnav, and it's getting tedious.

Is there a unit out there that does SatNav AND camera detection (with user updates for mobile sites etc) ? Integrated multimedia (via SD card) wouldn't be too bad either!!
