Need some pointers on Wall Lights

I have 2 wall lights in the front room. Both of which had switches on the actual fitting.

Now the thing is, the wiring in the house is old, and thats the only way these lights would turn on or off.

Now after removing them for plastering and decorating, i need 2 nice fittings with chrome on them. However i cant find any ones with switches on them!

there are no actual wall switches linked to these lights. So the replacements must have switches attached.

Anyone know any good places to look for suitable replacements?

This is holding back the final touches on the room.

If the base is big enough you can fit your own switches

After looking for a while for lights... i think i finally might have found some suitable.

but if anyone knows any good online shops i could browse id appreciate it
