I have recently had to retile a shower cubicle in an already fully tiled en-suite. Due to a dado tile that is in the existing scheme no longer being available, the almost finished project has left a small (12mm to 15mm) gap at the top of the walls around the cubicle.
What is best solution? Tiles break when I try scribing and snapping and I don't fancy using the hand saw to do 20 thin strips.
I have seen cheap (£30) electric table cutters. Will they do the trick?
Also, Homebase has jigsaw blades for tiles, but not usure i fancy this method as I think the strip will snap during the cutting.
Finally, have thought about using some PVC door/wondow trim as a sort of coving.
Thoughts would be appreciated.
