Basically, we have a satellite dish on the side of the house which has outlets in two separate rooms.
In one of the rooms there is an outlet which we will never us. Is there a device that I can plug into this outlet, (such as a sender), which will then send a signal to a receiver plugged into the back of the TV in another room?
We have very good wi-fi signal strength, if that makes a difference.

The simple answer is no. The reason as far as satellite goes are:

(1) that the thing on the end of the dish (the LNB) is actively driven by a satellite receiver. The receiver provides power, and it also changes the LNB receiver state so that it can receive signals at various frequencies and either horizontal or vertical polarisation. A sender isn't going to do any of that.

(2) the raw signals from the LNB aren't suitable for sending with a HDMI video sender. They need decoding first

You can use a video sender - one with HDMI - but you'll need to connect a satellite box to a signal feed first, then take the HDMI out into the sender.

Is there no way you could run a cable between the two rooms? Or reroute the cable feeding the unused socket to the new room( it doesn't have to end at a socket just an f plug on the end of the cable would suffice. And don't forget if you want the ability to record one channel and watch a different channel you will need two cables.
