Guys,
Propping up a 3.6m wall to take a UB. Using 2 4x2 nailed together as read in previous posts, how far apart should I have the spacings for the needles?

Thanks

Assuming the brickwork is in reasonable condition, and it is normal domestic loading, 900 centres should be ok.
Have you considered using strongboys, so that you could keep one side clear?

Openings above and any point loads can affect the needle location - ie adjust spacing so that loads transfer to the needles, not in between them
