Any suggestions how to remove the lower bake element on a Neff B45M52N3GB oven? It has the drop-down and slide away door. The grill and fan elements are straightforward, but this element has failed tripping the RCD.
It's attached to a tray embedded in thermal insulation under the oven compartment. There's access to the terminals at the back but the tray won't pull out. It doesn't seem possible to loosen this or get to any other fixings without seriously dismantling the oven. Is the tray attached at the front or does it just need pulling harder?
