Neff oven model B1691WOGB/01 suddenly stopped heating. all elements not working, including oven and grill. However, all lights, display, oven fan and clock all work (clock has been set). I've checked the elements and continuity is good, but I haven't checked the thermal cutout, would this device effect the oven heating elements as well as the grill ?
