neff oven replaced element and thermostat still wont get hot

the element in my neff oven blew so i replaced it.
the fan works and the clock display works but the element still wont heat up.
the display is not set to auto.
decided it must be the thermostat so replaced that.
the grill element and the oven element still wont work.
does anyone know if there is some type of fuse somewhere that trips when the element blows or any other advice would be greatly appreciated

After b1421n2gb does it say /01, /02, or /05?

/05 is the number
