Neff Dishwasher fills water then stops; stays cold

Starts cycle - then doesnt heat. There are lots of clicks but no other action. No heating or advancement.

No obvious visible problem with circuit board; motor doesnt turn.

Noticed the polystyrene float is missing. Some leakage from front - but the seal is warped - so probably that (not huge amounts)

Previous day the U bend had been blocked (but may be unrelated).

Could be the wash motor impellor jammed or capacitor defective.
The big question is why has the float been removed?....previous leakage activating the anti-flood device??
A model/E-number would be handy. Did you buy it second hand?
