NEFF FAN OVEN

we have a neff FD8306 , the main oven gets hot but fan is not spinning, would this be the fan motor assembly causing this prob , quite an expensive part to replace so some assurance would be appreciated thanks .

If the fan has a supply to it & does not run then it must be faulty.
