Neff T4583N2/06 Induction Hob

Hi all,

The PCB on this Induction Hob has failed, on removing the glass top to replace it the warming plate in the centre of the hob sprang off its clips.

Can anyone advise if the heating element is directed upwards or downwards - the parts diagram seems to suggest downwards but I am not entirely sure as there are some very close wires if this is the case.
