NEFF U1421 Oven Door Hinge Runners/Guides

Hi, I have a NEFF U1421 Oven where the main oven door does not close properly. Reading it seems that rather than the hinges it is the hinge guides/runners/receivers that may need replacing and whilst I have found comments that it requires a strip down or its a big job cannot find any more detailed information. Anybody have any more detail please?
