Negative head pump.

Can someone advise if the best solution for a friends loft conversion. Currently they have a single positive head pump to the basin in the loft. This does not work because there is no flow rate to get the pump started as the f&e tank is below the tap.

Is the only solution a negative head pump and will this definately work in this situation? (unsure how negative head pumps activate)

if the tap is above the cws tank then yes a neg head pump

i have been trying to find a low bar pump (1.5 ish) as only feeding hot tap. Any suggestions
