Hi,

I am installing a 2nd gen Nest on an ideal logic + boiler

The heatlink is paired up with the nest and when I turn on the heatlink clicks but the boiler doesn't power up.

Below is a picture of the heat link and boiler wiring.

Please help!

Thanks

Your wiring looks ok so check you haven't screwed on to the insulation on the switch wires.

if your boiler has an internal timer it must be set to constantly on, same with any other timeclock that may be present, which boiler do you have ?

I hope you can carry out the 26.9 checks on your boiler before you use it again - you shouldn't be removing the front cover unless you're Gas Safe Registered.

If you could take a less blurry and more head-on photo of the Heat Link wiring that would help
