Nest Thermostat E with Heatlink replacing a Honeywell CM67

hi I’ve bought a Nest Theromostat E with Heatlink to replace a Honeywell CM67. On removing the old thermostat there are only two wires connected with a third black wire hiding away behind the unit. i assume this isn't connected to anything.

I havn't opened the box yet because its non-refundable as soon as i do. Could someone help with what each of these wires are as they are not labelled so can't confirm if it would be compatible or not.

the two existing wires go to com and NO on the nest E , doesnt matter which way round it is just a switch
