I have replaced some floor boards in my kitchen due to damage and I want the new ones to match the old ones, the old ones are pine and are varnished which way is the best to do it?Tricia

:?

The old ones will be imperial 3/4 inch. New boards are thinner and not as wide - and new boards are made of rubbish White Deal timber whereas the old ones are Red Deal.

If you can't fix yours - go to a reclaim yard.
