New Ballast Needed for Bathroom Light

I first changed the bulb but it's still not lighting fully so want to change the ballast.

Currently fitted is a Landlite, Electronic Ballast for DD.
Model: EB-18
Power: DD 16W
It's got the Live and Neg going in one end and four wires coming out the other.

Can anyone recommend a replacement as I cannot source the same Landlite model?

Other makes/sizes/shapes are available. 2D 4 pin 16W electronic are the keywords to look for.

In reality it's time to sling that fluorescent effort away and fit a new LED item

You can also get the LED retrofits https://kosnic.com/products/kled09std-518380/ if you don't want to change the whole fitting

You bypass the ballast and put 240v onto the 4 pin connector and label the fitting up for LED tubes only, easier than changing the fitting, only takes a min if you have some wagos in your pocket.

(The joys of subbing to council maintenance, when, well just lets say, some places you don't want to be in longer than necessary.......)
