It would benefit from a durable label.
The position suggests it is fed from a socket circuit under the floor.
An alternative would have been to supply from the lighting circuit, with the switch near the ceiling.

Agreed. The skill is to get there before the tiler & plumber and stake your claim!

Plumbers don't seem to recognise other services, I've seen pipes run across electrical fittings far too many times.If you didn't notice, it's actually inside the drawer unit! - no-one is going to see it there!

Though, when we built our house, the plumber almost came to fisticuffs with the spark, who repeatedly ran cables through the holes drilled by the plumber for the next day!
