Am buying a new bathroom suite. The Mrs wants the basin and toilet to
be in adjoining vanity units - hence only the toilet pan will be visible and
the cistern concealed.
It is this one.......

This looks all very neat and nice but my pessimistic concern is that if
there should be any faults or leaks with the toilet in the future that any
plumber would have to break out the vanity unit to repair (hence my
lovely new bathroom is ruined) OR do they usually have easy access
panels and are therefore easily accessible?
Any comments from you plumbers out there with experience of dealing
with similar.
option 2 is just to get a normal close coupled toilet! Not as neat but
accessible incase of any problems.
Many thanks.
