Hiya ,
Yep seems to be par for the course lol although there are a few people I know who have had problem free installations and to give them their due they are doing their best to sort it out.
I switched the boiler on this morning and got a very loud bang and then it reverted to the usual plane about to take off sound.I've since spoken to Warmfront and Ideal the manufacturers and Ideal are sending another engineer out tomorrow to see whether it's the pump causing the problem.I've mentioned the Grundfos pump so will see what they say tomorrow.
