Hi,

I had a new combi boiler fitted today ( Worcester greenstar 28 Junior) and have a couple of queries.

1) Should I set the water in radiator temp on the boiler to full and have very hot pipes and the room stat knocks of quickly - or set temp in pipes (control on boiler) to a lower temp and room stat takes longer to knock off. Which is the most economical solution.
2) The fitters have fitted trv's to all radiators in the house - I thought 1 had to be left off so the hot water could pass through if the trv's all stop flow?
Thanks

Mike

1) run them as low as possible to heat your house.
2) It has a built in by-pass

Rad in the room with the room thermostat should not have a TRV fitted.
