New boiler

Hi there have just had a new condensing boiler installed with a magnaclean. The work included to carry out system clean to remove all impurities. My question is i been asked to clean out the magnaclean over the next couple of weeks to remove the sludge, but if the work included for a system clean why is this necessary?

With the best will in the world,a system clean will not remove 100% of all system sludge/debris. It is not unreasonable to have to check magnaclean a couple of times. The process is basic and after that it will need periodic checks.Have it checked with your annual boiler service.
