New Boiler

Hi folks,

Havin a new boiler fitted in you opinion is it worth fitting a magnaflow (or similar) magnetic filter.

My RGI thinks it is but other plumbers have said not.

Opinions please.

If your radiators are fairly new and the system is clean with inhibitor
isn't really necessary. I wouldn't install a magnaclean as they are plastic.
I would go for a spirotech as they brass and cheaper!

i don't give the customer the choice i automatically add them to the quote along with a scale inhibitor & a powerflush.
