New Build Barn conversion Building Inspector

We have just completed a Barn conversion of 2 properties, the building inspector wants documentation to process completion.

He wants copies of approx. water usage that must be entered online? An EPC (Thought this was for new builds only and not a conversion?)

What other documentation would be required to complete the handover to satisfy the Building inspector?

Any advice would be much appreciated Thankyou.

we had to do epc, think its just new new homes i.e even conversion (ours barn conversion). dint have to do water thing though. Im in N Yorkshire
