Just wondering if anyone can offer some advice, recently moved into a new build approx 3 years ago.
Some cracks have appeared in various ceilings both upstairs and downstairs, I understand that all new builds have some "settling" over a period of time however I'm a bit more concerned that I would be normally. A neighbour has a few trees that were enroaching onto my drive and caused my garden paving to lift (pic attached https://i.postimg.cc/4dkBMBcD/Tree.jpg) which was pretty close to my house.
The offending tree has since been removed by my neighbour but I've noticed some cracking and I'm worried this could be something more serious.
Some pics of the cracks attached - Could anyone confirm if this looks like normal "settling" to them or if I should have this looked into by a surveor further? - The crack in the kitchen seems to start from a supporting wall at the top ceiling come out slightly then go across to the middle of the ceiling.

There are no cracks on the walls that I can see - only on the ceilings.
Thanks for any advice
