New build - "worms in walls"

Please can anybody tell me what these marks are in my walls. The first photo shows the wall above a radiator in normal light. The next 2 photos show the same wall with a bright torch, what looks like worm shapes. If you press on them they don't go down, is this normal drying for a dot and dab new build wall.

The last 2 photos shows an area on the first floor between a wall and the ceiling (below loft/roof) in a bedroom. The horseshoe shaped mark is on the wall as it joins the ceiling any ideas? More drying out?

Also just looking at the area behind the radiator, just above the skirting board, the pink plaster doesn't look very smooth could it be more shapes like this that were painted over without smoothing.

Tru using a sharp, broad metal scraper. I find it quicker, easier and less dusty.

You will have some scars to smooth after.
