New building inpectors register

Im just interested in some information.
New rule that is all approved building inspectors have register with a new regulator by 6th April via a rigirous application.

My question is can any approved inspector run its own business as a sole trader? Rather work for a company

Do u need a licence?

If you are were thinking of doing this, then I suspect that you should already be an inspector and know the registration requirements. Have you checked with CICAIR?

A company can be of one person.

My sons a buiding inspector and current trying to get legal to work after 6th April

I just had a thought if ther is a special requirments to run your own business or require a licence or so
