Probably upset somebody by saying this, but I just use that white 13a 3-core 'arctic' stuff from screwfix whenever one of ours needs re-doing. Seems to take strain and abrasion pretty well and doesn't kink a lot either. Very similar to the link above.

I must confess to being bewildered by this out-of-the-blue attack. It seems to suggest a serious sense of humour failure. I hadn't realised that the forum operators had given B-A-S a monopoly on making weak jokes.
