Can anyone give me a rough guess/estimate on what it would cost for me to get a new concrete floor laid? Current one has 3 big cracks in it and is uneven and I would like to tile the floor..

Room is 4.66 x 3.42m

I can do the work of getting it up and skipped... Not got the experience or time to lay it myself..

Thanks

I can't give you an answer, but I suspect that a few more details will be required e.g.:
1. access with concrete wagon, barrowed, chuted, or pumped?
2. insulation? To not incorporate insulation would not be sensible, but may require addtional excavation.
3. screed on top?
4. depth of concrete?
5. ability to fix a level to wall for finished floor level (ffl)
6. subsoil composition after excavation of existing floor? Will hardcore be required?
7. permission required? I don't know.
8. what caused the cracks?

And there may be more questions. I would assume that a DPC will be negligible additional cost, but there may be poblems meeting the DPC in the walls.
