HI, just has a conservatory fitted, by a reputable company, fantastic job, i paid them, but weeks later its leaking water, fitters have now been out on 4 seperate times to repair, and still leaking, where the roof meets the house wall, they used what i think is lead flashing .

i think now they have given up on me, not answering phonecall or repling to messages left, it suppose to have a 10 year gaurantee, please can anyone help, what do i need to do. this is really getting me down.

speak to trading standards. send them a letter by registered post to the director giving them a set period to come back and put the works right to your satisfaction or make recompense and make it clear you will take legal action if not. If after that time go to your local court and take out a summons through the small claims court on them. It costs very little, is easy to do and you can reclaim all costs from them.

have a look at this link

but speak to trading standards and cab first. dont give up there are people who will fight your corner and help you all the way.
oh and take photos when its leaking to prove your point
good luck
