it should be replaced by now
but no-one will compel you to bring your house up to modern standards unless there is some other trigger, like wanting to fit an electric cooker or shower.
for example you can carry on watching your 12" black and white telly, have plaster ducks on the wall and lino under the butler sink
although none of them cause safety issues, like your old CU does.

I thought butler (Belfast) sinks were now fashionable these days.
