Have maybe a similar problem and looking for answers. Had new electric shower fitted last week, working perfectly until today. Once combimate was fiited today, water switched back on, all taps workng perfectly fine, but shower has stopped. Plumber says it's a faulty shower (as it happens sometimes), so he suggested to get a replacement and all should be fine.
Did you find out what was wrong with your customer's shower? We have water coming to mains, power is on, but no water coming from the shower head.
Any suggestions before I take it back to the shop?
