looking to extend our garage at the rear of our terraced property it is built to 1 side and 1 rear boundry and we want to widen to the other side boundry this would leave an enclosed courtyard approx 1.8m x 2.1m
What we want to know is would this pass building regulations ie in the event of needing to escape the house it would be via the front door or the rear door and out through the main garage door to the rear lane
